Jamie your note made me laugh which is a good thing considering the circumstances! I know it's hard when you live far away and can't see them for yourself but I actually thought they looked pretty good! Maybe it's my camera~ You are right about Dad looking like Mimi Shelton though and I hadn't realized that. As for Mom, she does have blank looks but you'll be surprised I think because she still has moments where you'll connect to her. Like I said yesterday, she knows me still. She might not remember that I was there after I leave, but she knew at the moment. Dad will know you for sure because he knew Leisa and Katilyn, Brittney and boys, etc. As for questions you'll have for the staff--you go girl~hehehe I won't disown you!~ Promise! I'm sure that they eventually ate--talked to Jeanie about it today and she said the same thing. Yes Dad is in the wheelchair all the time now I think--they couldn't even find his walker for Mom to use yesterday. Mom is the one who isn't nearly as mobile! She's in a wheelchair too! Maybe it's temporary though. It's her leg she complains about and not her hip but Jeanie said it was her leg that she broke and not her hip actually that time when she was in the hospital. I'm sure she has arthritis in it and maybe not using it is making it harder when she tries now. Maybe she needs some physical therapy. We'll see how this week goes. Hang in there and try really hard not to stress too much. They are getting a LOT more care than they were at home alone! Just keep that in your mind! Love to all, Judy
