I went to LNC to see Mom and Dad today and they were good. When I first got there, Dad was sitting in the little sitting area in his wheelchair, and he was very alert. He said he'd just gotten up from a long nap. The nurses said Mother was "roaming" so Dad and I went to look for her. She was sitting in one of the halls in a wheelchair talking to herself. She knew who I was though and I took them into the dining area. They ate in the regular eating area. I visited with them while we waited on their food. They both wanted some coffee so I got that and then Mother wanted some ice water so I got that. By the time they brought their food, Mother had fallen asleep, but I woke her up and she began to eat. They both were very clean and neither said anything about going home. Mother talked to herself some and I heard her say "Pat" so I looked at her and she said "she was always kind of lazy!" Oh, well, there's worse a person could be! hee hee! I took a couple of pictures that I'm going to try to put on here. If they don't appear, then you'll know I couldn't figure it out! love you, pat
