Good news, sisters, Mom and Dad were awesome today! I can say that I truly enjoyed going there and that's something for me. They were pleasant, happy, clean and alert. Now are they perfect? NO--- Dad mumbles alot, and is having some problems with his hands and Mom talks and talks and doesn't always make sense, but Mom knew me and Dad and they both seemed satisfied where they were. Dad never has anything negative to say, in fact the opposite. He wanted some tabacco, so I found some in the snack box, and there was some in a drawer. His tv was on with a ballgame on, but he didn't want to watch it. They both seem to love those wheelchairs and they just go all over that place. It really was a great visit. If they could all be like today, I would feel so much better about everything. I'm just such a weeper, and I can't help but cry when I leave them. I just pray that they are always well treated when we're not around. Surely Dad would tell us if they weren't. I'm planning on going back on Wed. Love you all....Pam
