Hey living in my car sounds pretty good right now...less mess to be around!!! Once my stuff gets out of here on the 20th(if that's the day I go with) then I'll have to clean the appliances and blinds and sweep, then turn in the keys and officially check out of housing. I've made reservations for us at the Rainier Inn..hotel...on post! It's clean and has a microwave and refrig and 2 queen beds, wifi and large bathroom. The washer/dryers are free and there's a large community kitchen with oven and stove top if you want to cook. I'll probably take a couple of crock pots, spices, canned goods and some kitchen utensils so I can still "cook". We'll take one computer and laundry basket full of stuff plus clothes....it'll be like camping...kind of!! It's within walking distance of the commissary and PX and library..we'll just rough it for that last month and this way the day after graduation (June21st) I'm on the road. I think we can make it in 3 days easy...which will give me 5 days before Jerry's retirement walk on 30 June. It's more a hassle NOW, but will be easier on all of us LATER. Hopefully, Jerry and Jerome will work that 3 weeks and get a handle on furniture and boxes...but I'm not counting on much...but at least the upstairs will be done by the time the furniture gets there...supposedly!! Keep me posted on Dad...I worry that he's got or is getting a UTI...that's not good. Ok, back to shredding and piling...and I may have found an organization that will come and get my stuff...YEA!!
