Hey, definitely save the guitar! That will give me some incentive for that item on my bucket list, as Judy called it! As for the book, you're right. It's like a 1996 copyright with a 'soon to be major motion picture' note on the back. I guess I've missed this all along. Jeremy said he'd hear of it and thought it was a movie, too. Oh, well, it is a GREAT book---kind of one of those that takes your breath away in a bad/sad sort of way. Really good. There's a follow-up book called ''Tis'. I'm going to try to find it. Ok, I'm working on two blocks of my quilt before we leave in the morning. Why I need away so badly, I don't know. I do know that I need away so badly! I'm sure that makes no sense, but that's the way it is. I did call Beth today to ask about the letter for Mom saying that she's approved as of 8/1/10 and about the money in one of the two accts that DHS wanted print-outs on. She said that there's no way one of the accts won't be over the $2000 amount because of the size of the deposit, and that that will be ridiculous if she doesn't understand that! (Hummm......what else is new here about the ridiculous part!?!) I also asked about the AARP and Humana policies and if I needed to keep them. The 'no vendor payment' refers to the nursing home facility only---not other medical charges. Of course, IF they're going to keep Dad in suspension, we can't drop AARP because Dad will have nothing to cover what Medicare doesn't. She was going to send an email to Faith (DHS) and ask for clarification and get right back to me. Needless to say, I haven't heard back. I'll take a check with me on Mom's acct and write/mail it while I'm gone if it needs to be paid. Ok, Love you all, I'll take my computer and check in while I'm gone----I'm guessing there's wifi there! Oh, for the sun and sand!!!!!!!!!! Bring it on! Jeanie
