I didn't hear from Chad, but Michael Smith called me to see IF I'd gotten the letters! Well, duh!?! I am going to call Chad in the morning and see if I can pay something toward Mom and Dad's bills. I HATE being dunned! We'll see if there's anything new. I read the back of the letters and it's 30 days for an appeal. Spare me the agony! Love you all, Jeanie
