Life is killing me!!:) Yesterday,I talked with the realtor, then a builder, then a guy with a rental home and then I went into a Red Cross Luncheon. When I came out, there was a message on my phone from the realtor...there had been a new offer made between the seller, the land owner and the realtor...and we took it...we're now home and land owners in Murray, KY!! I'm not sure if I'm pleased, scared, tired or just a combination of the 3 three, but soon I'll start writing checks that will reinforce those emotions (and others) every 30 days! I have big plans/changes for things but I'm trying to stay calm. Jerome and Jerry are focused on a tractor, fish, rocks, fencing and an ATV mower thing...I'm focused on getting a sunroom built...which I'm thinking now about possibly knocking out a wall and expanding the room, getting new carpet for the bedrooms, new patio, blah blah blah....we've all got our areas of interest I guess!! I'm hoping some things get done before I get there in July, but honestly, I'm not counting on much off of my list to be completed, but I'm sure I'll have one heck of an awesome pond or 2 to look at!! Oh well...patience...patience...deep breath...deep breath...SCREAM!!! Anyway, Jerome and Jerry will still leave on Friday with the Suburban pulling the Jeep on a trailer and a Uhaul full of junktiques, guns and rubbermade totes of stuff...can you say REDNECK? Guess that means we'll fit right in back in Kentucky!! Please pray for them...and me...as they head cross country without a woman as a voice of reason. I figure it will take them 5 days to get there! I'm trying not to think about it....ok, gotta hit the showers and then Walmart for bubble wrap, packing tape and more Rubbermade totes....
