Jeanie what does DHS stand for? When Chad talks about them changing rules without warning does that mean that things that have already been done have to be redone and changed? There's no "grandfather" clause where if you did something before the law change it stays as is? I mean, that just doesn't sound like to me that that makes sense...people might not ever get their affairs all worked out...about the time you think you have them straight, the law changes again.
