Jerry and I went to see Mom and Dad today. When we got there, Dad was in the sitting area, but not Mother. I asked where she was and the nurse said she had been "roaming". I looked down the hall and she was in her wheel chair talking so loud I could hear her from where I was. I wheeled Dad down there and she talked for just a minute and then took off again. She was totally in another world today. She was talking on and on and on about everything. Dad seemed okay, but was pretty quiet. I asked him about his neck and back and he said they were better. He also told me that he had been driving all night to Little Rock and other places! I pushed him around for awhile and got his tobacco. He is very quiet, but he seemed okay. He said he didn't know what they'd had for lunch, but that it was good. When we left, they were taking them to their room to rest. It is very hard to see them like they are, but we have no other choice. They need 24 hr. care no doubt! love you all, pat
