Am I the only one that worries that I'm destined to travel down the same road as Mom? Some days I swear I'm about 2 minutes from needing to join them there!! I've been reading some stuff about ginkgo, estrogen and anti inflammatory steroids and scientists studies on their effects on alzheimer's symptoms. Nothing really conclusive. The neuro doc that discussed Mom's cat scan with us said he didn't think Mom had the familial/genetic type of alzheimer's right? So that means it's a crap shoot...we could or could not develop alzheimer's ....I don't fly by the seat of my pants very well...I'm a planner and this whole thing really bothers me on SO many levels!!! It's made Jerry and I think about some preplanning and I've even talked to my boys about it some....although they don't want to hear it!! Sorry...I'm just having a PMS moment and randomly thinking and typing!!! :)
